Cylinder Won't Lock
« on: January 11, 2007, 10:06:36 AM »
Problem with my Raging Bull.  The cylinder latch does not always lock the cylinder into alignment with the barrel.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Sent it back to the factory.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

My tracker had a similar problem. When firing double action the latch was "hanging up" and the cylinder would over rotate. I took the latch out, Polished both sides and polished the slot through which it travels and had no problem after that. I have owned 2 Taurus guns, both with problems which ultimately were related to fit and finish.
Just another worthless opinion!!
