Storm Lake Barrels
« on: November 14, 2006, 09:21:17 AM »
I'm hoping for some info from those of you who have used Storm Lake Glock barrels.  I have a Glock 35 that I am happy with.  But, all this talk about Glock 40 KB's has got me a bit concerned.  I'm loading 165 gr Remingtons and Rainiers with AAs max reccommended load of #5 - no problems.  But it's a fact - that chamber is loose, and unsupported.

Questions:  Are Storm Lake Glock Barrels fully supported?  Were they easy to fit?  Did you see an improvement in accuracy?  And anything else you think I should kno

Take a look at the "Lone Wolf" barrels.

Only have Storm Lake in my G29 and has more support than stock. Happy with SL. Also a drop in fit as were all of my other barrels.

Also have KKMs in my G20, G30, G33 and also pleased with KKM. Support also is better than stock

Have EFK in my G32 and no problems there either

The above is a linc to a Storm Lake barrel that is being sold by Storm Lake. I ordered one off the same auction over the weekend for my Glock 21 and it arrived yesterday. I haven't shot it yet, but the finish and fit appear perfect. Good supported chamber, with the ability to shoot lead.
