  James Talarico claims to be a semenary student, working toward his masters. I have watched some of his speeches and he butchers the Bible. According to him,  "God could be male, could be female, could be trans". By time a student reaches seminary level, he should be intimately familiar with the scriptures. Taking vs 1 out of context James cites (Gen 1:1), claiming God is both male & female . ..But he ignores vs 5.. " And God called the light day, and the darkness HE called light".  James also ignored vs 10, ""And God called the dry land earth; and the gathering of waters called HE seas.". The rest of the Bible refutes James' claim throughout, for instance (Psalm 95) in several places.  Keep in mind, the old rule.. "TEXT OUT OF CONTEXT, IS OFTEN JUST PRETEXT".  If he will lie about the Bible, what else will he lie about?  See his claim in Youtube ..

  Yes; one of those seminaries that real Bible scholars consider to be apostate.  Talarico backs all that LGBTQ crap..

  ..But what does the Bible actually say?   In John 1:24-29 it speaks opf that stuff;

   24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their [a]women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the [c]woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

  He evidently has no problem with abortion or child mutilation..

 I do rather hope the Concord Monitor would simply face the fact that according to the Bible, Talarico is falsely interpreting the scriptures in a very twisted manner.

  Just as the Constitution is the guidebook on how America should be run, so the Bible is the guidebook for Christians. That should not be too hard to fihgure out, since it has been used that way by Christians since Jesus paid the ultimate price for our sins.

 The Concord Monitor need not try to run cover for a slippery young man. Giving a vote of confidence for one who bens and twists God's given words, speaks for itself ! ...And it speaks with increased volume.
