Because of Biden's pardon he can't be prosecuted. He is one of many political criminals that belong in jail. Its a waste of time for any senator to question him. Before Biden's pardon he was grilled by senators, and nothing ever happened to him.  The only way he could be prosecuted is by a state level prosecutor, which would be one high mountain to climb. Biden knew he was a criminal. Its why he pardoned him. Fauci knew he himself was a criminal. Its why he accepted the pardon.
These hearings where senators grill political criminals is all for the camera, and for political pandering. Nothing ever happens to any political criminal. History has proven that.

Some legal eagles are checking closely for any angle with which they can bring him to justice. As Sen Hawley pointed out citing the # of the law, once a person has been pardoned, he can no longer resort to the 5th amendment. Perhaps something can come from that.

The liar's lawyer ran his mouth beyond being told to desist, so he was tossed out !  Maybe the fat lady hasn't sung yet !

Whenever Sen Harley is mentioned I always see him ?high stepping? (running away) away from the ?tourists? who were rampaging through the Capitol building.

Those who broke the law or other physical things, should have been punished.. The Dems were a bit heavy handed in what they did with some who were barely on the Premises.

Perhaps before defending the  activist judges, one should assess how activist judges treated the George Floyd rioters or the BLM law breakers, who burned police cars and the heart out of several major cities  !

Do we have such a short memory ?

I have a great memory, and I am just quoting others.
I remember DJT saying only guilty people claimed the Fifth amendment, then followed up with 100+ claims himself in one court appearance.  Public people today should be aware that EVERYTHING they say will be recorded on video and/or text.  Hypocrisy is rampant on all sides, there is no shortage of folks pointing out what the left does real and imagined, so I don?t bother.

That is because it is your side. Too bad some republicans do not follow suit. At least democrats stick together. The major problem here is your comparison of Jan 6ers with faucci. The scales of justice are sorely uneven and you damn well know it? George Floyd a thug dies of a overdose and the cops go to prison. Etc etc. Jan 6ers went to prison under cruel and unusual punishment from lefty prisons while faucci won?t sit a minute

Just sad that the main stream media never seems to point out the hypocrisy (very real) on the left.

You don't see a difference in accepting a pardon after conviction and serving time (on felony convictions where misdemeanor would have been more appropriate) and accepting one when you haven't even been charged?

Many were escorted and welcomed in.
It was a set up. I heard it was a set up through the grapevine before it happened. Someone leaked it for whatever reason. Don?t know. I just knew before hand and told anyone that said they were going.

What gets me is the fact every one of you gloss over the fact we have a Convicted Felon for President.  He has done everything he can in office to enrich himself and his family, he is certainly just continuing with what he started doing in his first term.  Take a look at the convicted felons he has pardoned in his second term.

  From NWBear;

" I remember DJT saying only guilty people claimed the Fifth amendment, then followed up with 100+ claims himself in one court appearance.

What was the case where DJT claimed immunity 100+ times?  Are these claims substantiated, or just podcast patter?

In the case of Dr Death, I saw the congressional video, where the Dr. refused, "on counsel's advice", to identify the color of his own tie, or the color of the carpet in the room ! :D ;D

With what was brought out in that hearing, it is difficult to understand just why ANY American would not be outraged by what these shysters foisted upon us !

I lost my brother to their charade, and that is enough !

Come on George, don't be so facetious ! We know how that court was stacked against him...and many of the stacking principals are now facing justice.

Joseph Stalin's courts convicted millions, as did the "courts" of Chairman Mao and Nicholas Maduro..  The KKK had a few questionable "on the spot" convictions also..  ;D

Nope ! that was Bob Smith. It seems we had some discussions concerning our 2nd amendment, and the laxk of any such thing in the UK.

I wish he were still around, now that so many illegal aliens are slicing and dicing so many Brits these days.... as thy shout "Alahu Akbar".

Hey Bob ! ..If you're out there, tell us how you cops handle a mad jihadi who is swinging a machete or a samurai sword ?

How do they keep him from continuing to cut a swath through afternoon shoppers ?
