I haven't been seeing anything like that here, and my virus/malware checkers aren't reporting anything either - but I also run an ad blocker so my browser isn't having to deal with everything you do.

I suspect it's a local internet issue or problem with your device or browser.  Since you are reporting it as a 404 error, which means the page isn't found, it could be something as simple as clearing your browser cache.  It might also be worth checking your DNS settings and moving to one of the big provider DNS servers like Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1).

I've been getting it also. I've seen reports that a major part of the internet cloud computing system is down especially Amazon cloud service which is widely used. It's affecting a lot of the internet. Not sure if from an attack by Iran or not but started about same time as we started hitting them.

Mine has not been the 404 error but I did delete my caches, run a malware app, CCleaner, reload my AVG anti-virus software, all freeware, and then restart my. Android phone which has sent the virus back to never neverland.
