  Mister president; watch them closely !  Is it general, or some rogue operator?

  You guys who may have experience in such matters, can a single rogue operator bring down a plane by his efforts alone ?

 The 15E is a very capable fighter, and it has some of the most advanced electronics. Perhaps not up to F22  which is about the best in the world..but quite close.

  I suspect those pilots figured they were over friendly country, and relaxed just a tiny bit !

          No aircraft cannot be shot down; an old school radar operator in Croatia, figured out that every system has a weak spot when they shot down the f-117.
