The reason Walmart became "woke" and stopped selling handgun ammo, 5.56 and 7.62 is because of Bloomberg as well, Walmart became partners with Bloomberg. Agreed! When Obama won his second term I took advantage of the high prices and sold both my shotguns.

Between LEO and active duty the number is approximately 2 million total. What percentage of those are the "type" and would "just follow orders" is unknown. We do know that history has shown just how effective 3% banded together for a common goal can be.

A majority of sheriffs in Texas have stated their opposition to gun confiscation and stated they won't participate. Time will tell if that proves out.

What many folks don't know, or understand is, when a court order is issued, or a law is passed regarding ANYTHING, they are asking a police officer to execute the order, or enforce the law.
It's a legal obligation. Quit, or be prosecuted, or follow orders.

They also swear to uphold the Constitution. You can't do the that and "follow orders" at the same time when a law is passed that is clearly unconstitutional. Sadly there's a large percentage of police officers who prefer to follow orders and collect their paycheck than follow the oath they swore to.
