Vetiver is one of my personal favorites. It's so calming and very much helps me feel grounded. I also love the scent of it -- so natural, sort of like dirt  :o   I've suggested it for families who have a child with behavior and learning challenges. A blend of Vetiver, Lavender, and Frankincense is so good rolled onto a struggling child's feet. I also love to add those three to my diffuser when I'm studying the Word.
