worlds cheapest and cheapest fishing sailboat

im building three of these little boats ..  they are super simple .. soooo eazy to build.
can get everything u need at the hardware store .. even the sail.
2x4  for a mast ... and these wonderfull little boats sail fantastic ... and super stable .
and unsinkable .

this is my hull ..
the plans are Totally Free ...... registry for your pdracer is free... everything
about this class of boat is FREE.
and the best part .. if your like me . and always wanted to learn
how to sail . this is a great way to get started.
they will hold 800 pounds. extremely stable. and can use a small outboard.
i hope a few others who like messin about in boats build one to.
im in missouri .. come over .. we'll build u one in my barn.

That's cute but looks wet.  Ok for kids!

We are retired sailors and started with a sunfish long ago.

Me to!   ;D   Had a 26 footer but sold it years ago since I never had time to sail it.   :(

my catalina 22 is in the yard  with rusty/useless  trailer under it


hit a power line years  ago with it....busted up the mast when it came down


one day it will sail  again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always liked those Catalinas!   ;D
 
I had a trailer for mine also but never used it... the boat stayed in a slip at Lake Lanier.  Paying for that slip was like throwing money in the water every month.   :-\
 
That's why my next one, whether a Penobscot or a little stitch and glue pram, will fit in my garage! ;)

Have a look at a West Wight Potter( this is the correct spelling) they are built in CA . THeir 14 footer might just be the ticket.
